Guys here is an exercise my coach showed me today with kettlebells:

basically take a kettlebell (say 16KG) and do 19 swings and then put it down and do 1 sprawl

then do 18 swings and 2 sprawls

then 17 swings and 3 sprawls etc

keep going until you do 1 swing and 19 sprawls

This is all non stop without any rest period

Its do-able but really really hard:eek

what's a sprawl?

Let's see if my english language skills are adequate to describe:

Launching your legs backwards to drive your hips downward. Seen in wresling as a reaction to a double leg takedown.

Good description?

Sounds interesting... and hard. I've been thinking about using kettlebells in my workout. Do you have your own or do you use them at a gym?
