Just want to know if anyone has a link to a stone lock site also mayb a make it yaself site. Also a site that could provide exercises that are specific to a stone lock.

I am working on a design that uses metal plates so one set of locks can be anything form 10 lbs, to 50. So far I have a sheet metal mock up, and I have a number of bugs to work out, but the project is on hold for an undetermined length of time because I am just too busy right now.

For more strength you can use heavier ones, and only do them 8-12 reps too.
