looks like GM LKH lineage. learned their number 2 form one day when i was down there.

there is a guy in the boston area that teaches it. i don't know if he is still there.

Yeah that's where my CLF comes from. Definitely LKH related.

That was my guess. There is a certain "flavor" to the forms.
