Chi Gong exercise to increase chi flow into the arms, and strengthen the root are vary common. But does anybody know any chi gong that will add chi into your kicks?
Squats, leg raises when lying on your back, doing slow leg movements with weights on it. That'll stimulate energy production.
Small bell iron body works the legs.
