This set is performed by a junior kung fu brother of Sifu Tony Kam.

Enjoy!

Lama has striking resemblence to CLF swinging punches principles. Is there any link between Lama and CLF green grass monk? Reckon the lama guys spar in their training, would be interesting to watch long their arm application.

I had heard somewhere, can't recall where, that Wong Yun-Lum also inspired CLF. Anyone have any info on this? It makes sense, though. CLF and Hung Ga are said to be related.

Nice.
Maybe a little losing form in execution probably that is the trouble with the closing of the hips, not intentional.

All the same basics as Hong Luck's old Hop Gar system, but some new interesting combinations. Lots of uses this system!

Lotsa Lama out in the community now!

For the person asking how Tony's Lama would compare to GM Chan Taishan, you can find some of the history of both Tony Kam & his Sifu Tony Jay, as well as their Lama history here;
http://www.freakyman.ca/lamahistory.html

Tony Kam is also currently the President of the Western Canada Chinese Martial Arts Ass'n http://www.kungfu-canada.org/

Re: Daopi & Hop Ga. The founder of Daopi Chan Dau, whom Paul Chan of Hong Luck once learned under, did Hop Ga as well as Chow Ga, Hung Ga, western Boxing, etc...
