Good stuff Bro!

One small piece of advice. Start working on standing straighter. You're bending over too much. That makes it hard for you to generate any power, and it makes you a lot easier to throw too.

Yes you're right. The reason is I was exhausted. That day I had done a whole class and did three rounds with some tough as nails teenagers and this at the end. At that point I wasn't even trying offence just feeling ballance and stuff.

Or my girlfriend said sometimes it's considerd Dong Cheng District. I know Sanlitun. If it is the same place i'm thinking of it's very close to where I live. There is a popular Bar street in Sanlitun. I had a fight in a laddy Bar there in Febuary.

What style of Kung Fu do you want to study.

Hey

I've never trained in any form of kung-fu before. At the moment I'm currently training Muay Thai and Western Boxing pretty hard (6 days a week).

I'm interested in learning an internal style most likely Baguazhang, and I'll probably look to take on something else as well.

Was I right about the location? Are you interested in doing Chinese wrestling. How much do you weigh.

Location wise - i think so, it's to the North of the Forbidden City.

I've never done wrestling before (apart from a bit of grappling in Muay Thai) but it could be interesting.

I weigh about 80kg - but imagine that'll probably drop a little over there
