It would depend on you.If you train it internally then yes if not then no. Where is the punch in the form. Ever punch you see in the form.It looks like every other punch the only difference is how you exicute it and of couse qi flow..

The punch comes from the heart.

Answering your question would require you to define "internal".

That's because it's an arbitrary distinction which actually does not exist.

The terminology was made up by Sun Lutang in the early 20th century. According to him, the only internal styles are Xing Yi, Tai Chi, and Ba Gua. Thus, according to this logic, everything in Ving Tsun is external no matter how much people might want to argue to the contrary.

So, pick one: internal, external, both, and/or neither. Using such labels to pigeonhole what is what within a given style won't change a thing, anyway.

The best way to know the difference is to feel it. An external strike then feel a internal strike. Both look the same but feel and do damage differently. The external one sends you flying and can cause a bruse, broken bone in general an internal strikes tends not to make the opponent move it looks weak but most of the damages is caused insisde the body. One of many organs can be effected and sometimes you'll need the help of a Chinese doctor or someone who knows what there doing to fix you.Sometimes you may have been hit internally and not know it and for a long time not know what wrong with you.
