There are 18 luohan and xiao luohan.

Xiao Luohan is similar to Yang Tai Chi qi gong. There are a lot of circles around all joints.

18 luohan is with more stretching all the way in all joints like Yi Jing Jing.

over all, Luohan Qi gong is the same as Chen Tai Chi qi gong in principles.

However, 18 luohan is more complicated with more moves in the Tao Lu.

Where do you study lohan chi kung?

He was explaining some practice/training methods that he has within the Choy lay fut system.

1. Xiao Luohan.

2. 18 Luohan.

3. Tai Chi.

4. Wu Ji or all of the above.

5. practice with equipments such as one or 2 balls. stepping in circles. practice with a rope etc.

I do have some info and practice some type of Luohan Qi Gong. They may or may not be the same as what he mentioned in his training system.
