Any one got any suggestions for low kick impact drills, I use focus pads a lot for hands. They are tremendous for developing accuracy, speed and you also get feedback from the holder on how much power your generating. Tried using them for low kicks and it just doesn't work, also tried the big kick pads and they are great for mid to high kicks but very difficult to hold them down at shin/knee level.

Any ideas or suggestions please

Do you have a piller in your school/ gym. Take a heavy bag or kick shield and duck tape or strape it to the bottom of the piller. Then you can kick it from different angles. Great for practicing kicks at or below knee level.
