Hey all,

Just passing this along, my coach and friend has revamped his website, so please take a look, www.wslglvt.com , a couple of new video's and articles are there to be found. It's still a work in progress and there is more to come.

Enjoy :)

well done ernie, looks good.......nice to be greeted with that same track suit you wore when we met. Really good articles in there too, worth a read. I particularly enjoyed 'chasing hands with the mind'. Keep up the good work!

How do you get those great photo images? The large ones - are they photoshopped?

Thanks.

Haha WSL is WSL ;) but the Guys in the our group tend to follow the WSL format to a higer degree then newer crop of GL cats ... Just a path we decided to research keeping an open mind and a desire to leave no stone unturned ;)

I have also always been highly influenced by David P. and few other WSL coaches out there

glad you liked the '' familier'' look :)

Hey Dan ,,,, you like my spiderman suit haha hope all is well buddy

edseas2-- Yep but mostly cutting out backgrounds ,,, wanted the site to have a fresh look not the norm hong kong fuey thing

James - thanks for putting the word out bro ,,, still need lots of work ,, but one step at a time ... see ya

Ernie,

Good to see Emil, Johnny and Dick. They're lookin' really good in the videos. Pass on my best regards to each of them. I love to see the mix of the traditional and modern training - it's a nice blend. I know it's early days for the new site, so I'm looking for more great content to come in the future.

Peace,
Bill

Thanks Kevin ,
I got one breaking down the differences between the GLWC and WSLVT training methods and engines ,,, pro's con's and were there is good synergy between the to [ when the elbow line has been lost how you can fill the gap and turn the tables using different parts of the body with out always giving up position ]

still working it out in training but I think you will get a kick out of that .:)

were focused on R&D not really into hero or linage worship or politics ,,, just looking into training methods and see what is transferable to the average guy ;)

I got that from Philipp, no hierarchy cr*p or belts , :D he has some great methods for reducing arm chasing , like feeding meat to arm sticker and then taking it away at the last
second ... you become hungry for the head knowing the arms are just false targets and only slowing things down , then you forget the elbow lines and trade blows , then you seek the arm again not the head, finally you do both !! but a great exercise in mind focus and striking . Kind of like Lucy holding the ball for Charlie Brown ..only Charlie has an epiphany [ did I say that ? ] one day and kicks her in the head lmao !!! bad charlie brown!

Yep the right thinking and conditioning [ I have been exposed and have a steady stream of info from the PB method ]
the world is a small place and as I said were all about researching , methods over any individual .

I just see all the old school cats as specialist in certain aspects this is usually dictated by there individual body make up , mindset and level of personal experience .

I try and filter out the '' personal or individual stuff] and look more at the universal transferable skill sets .

some guys are really fast others very powerful , some very cunning and sensitive , these are there particular attributes , usually what makes them stand out , but in teaching and learning you can't get caught up in that .

but back away and get a bigger picture and be un emotional and un biased test it out see how it works and see if others can grasp it .

it's funny the more I travel and train with people the more I see the dangers of being caught up in the MindF*ck of following one individual if it's at the expense of tunnel vision and closing your mind to other opportunities IMHO

Thanks man,,, don't want to saturate you guys with tons of vids ,, it's why I just did 2 longer ones . I;m prepping to hit the road for some seminars and will shot the GLWC workshop part 2 when I get back and Dummy workshop

the sparring stuff wont be till early next year , just letting guys get to speed and keeping low injury mindset [I'm sure that's the stuff you will dig more :D ]

Also bring in my boy Rob for workshops and some S&C training want to get him out there dude makes me look like a little old lady ha-ha

Great site Ernie. The IPTP program looks very interesting. I may be giving you call to find out more info on it as it looks like something that I'd definately want to do.

What are the prerequisites for the IPTP?

Thks. Darrin
