Hi people

I'm not sure whether any of you have this ebook or not.....here it is anyway.

Its an excellent book with a really different philosophy to stretching and flexibility.....plus its got loads of random russian lingo in it :D

cool, I was looking quite hard at getting the DVD

I reckon it would be a good buy. The whole thinking behind flexibility is totally different to the Wests. I guess thats why so many of the Chinese, Russians and Romanians make such good Gymnasts.
