Obviously altered for entertainment value. A kick like that would have never produced such a result in a real fight <./sarcasm> Joking aside, that kick was actually very similar to a crescent- at least the striking surface was. Almost like somewhere between a thai roundhouse and an inside crescent. hrmmm....
