I want to train Live at 3:45 am after my "instructor" has been out all night on the town. Then I will be able to really judge his/her CHI.

Well, I look at it like this. If I had the chance to see famous Sifus like Gary Lam, Augustine Fong, Ken Chung, Alan Lamb, etc., do Wing Chun for a small fee in the comfort of my home there would be no doubt that I would be on board. I know for sure that people will get to see William Cheung who now lives in NJ, teach classes.
But that's me. I'm a Wing Chun nut. . .lol

I'll probably watch the BJJ guys teach as well to see their strengths and weaknesses.

Uhhh...nevermind. ;)Well, if you went to a Kyudo Dojo you could go to the archived clips of the Kyudo classes and download them to study technique. Our students download classes to their computers for futher reference.
