truly enjoyed.

some of the characteristic ba gua defense/neutralization demonstrated.

1. pressing palm/an zhang to push down mid attacking forearm and elbow and may turn into grab.

2. chan si, grabbing on the wrist, neutralized by turning the whole arm and turning of the body by steps.

3. pi zhang downward neutralized by walking/stepping to the side.

4. piercing palm to contact and turn into grabbing or attack.

5. linear attack is neutralized by turning the wrist, elbow, shoulder and then the whole body. chan si.

they started with walking in a circle and then contact hands with upward lifting palm or tuo zhang.

hand moved is connected with the body movement and steps.
