Interesting apart from the long yik at the beginning & the yum chap chui, kum sao, pow jong sequence its more or less the same as the version I learned.
I would like to see more of that form as best interesting part of sup ji is always seems to come after the cross pattern.

It just looks like the same pattern repeated in 4 directions.

What branch is that from? Looks a bit like the Cross Hands I learned at a Lee Koon Hung seminar (cruise ship seminar). Always had trouble remembering that set for some reason.

Actually it is nothing like the LKH set aside from the chuen poon kiu cum yum chop choy. We really only have sup gee kow dah, the set sifu has taught at Wah Lum is just a short version we call siu sup gee but it is not a separate set so to speak.

There’s a good chance the form is just a cut down vision of the regular sup ji form.

now, are you guys talking about chan fam sup ji, or fut san sup ji?

It looks to me similiar to Siu Sup Ji I learned which is supposedly close to the chan family version.

Well Chiu Siu Kai's sifu was To Hon Jeong who was a student of Fong Yuk Shu, so it would be Chan line through Chan Koon Pak.

I think the form is like what Mano knows as he is also from the Fong Yuk Shu line.

If Chiu Siu Kai's is from Fong Yuk Shu lineage the form is a cut down version of Sup Ji form that I know.

You are probably right he is doing it with a group of students so he probably made a short version just for the demo.

He might have done the whole form, but the person who recorded or posted the video didn't capture or release the whole performance. Notice how the video started and ended, there was neither "hoi jong" nor ending.
