Oh no, this would be something totally new for me (iron palm). I have 18+ years training in Sil Lum Kung Fu. I just want to try something new. I never really got into iron palm that much.

100 days is a little more than 3 months

Most women seem to not like the first rule.....

I have talked to him via email a bit, and he is a good man. I have always heard good things about his instruction and in this day and age that is nothing to sneeze at.

Ive also replied to your postings on Iron Palm.

He is a great teacher. I've been studying under him since 1989 or 90. Not so much here recently except when he comes to visit friends and students.
