I have the DVD. The fight is okay but the guy, Felix Wong isn't a CLF guy.

I think the clip you're looking for is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2WF3MeXUmY0. In Mr. Nice Guy I believe he fights a guy who practices CLF too (bleached blond hair, but I can't remember his name now) but it wasn't advertised as such as in Drunken Master II.

I remember Fu Sheng doing some CLF in an older Shaws movie. I'll have to dig a little, but I remember seeing some stuff.

One of the two guys Jackie fights on a rooftop at the end of Who Am I? was a CLF practitioner; the other was a Dutch TKD man.
