about sifu gary, yeah, i wanted to put him in it, but his part was so small people could have missed it....

still, that first clip does show alot of the good stuff about clf. the aggression, different elbows and knees, long and short handed techniques.....

yet, i feel the music behind it helps make this video

have you guys watched the HIGHLANDER with Adrian Paul, they put CLF in his show too....he's a student of Buk Sam Kong.......

once the show ended, adrian paul tried doing a futuristic cop show where the cop had this chop choy style of attack that came from the future......

Yeah he is doing a portion of our siu moi fah. In another episode he was doing our sup sam yin cheung.

Makes sense now that he was a student of Buk Sam Kong.

Choy Lay Fut Siu Gee aka New Shaolin Boxers, this movie was remastered by Celestial and has a good deal of CLF in it. The movie itself is just okay as the story is a bit boring. I wish they would have made a cool period piece with CLF rather than this one which is like early republic I think.

The guy who helped with this was a buk sing practioner, in fact I think it was the uncle of Fu Sheng's wife, Jenny.
