I recently relocated from Southern California to the Sacramento area, and I was hoping to find a school associated with the Ku Yu Cheung lineage through Sigung Wong Jack Man.

So far the only TCMA schools I have found are some CLF ones, but after talking to them on the phone I'm not too thrilled with there business model or their prices. Don't get me wrong, it would be great if I had the free time to dedicate to training with them every day. Seeing as though I only have time to attend classes twice a week though, it's just not worth the high cost they are asking.

That, and I would also like to continue the training I have received so far, which is a couple of years of Northern Shaolin and Praying Mantis.

The closer to Roseville the better, but I would be wiling to travel within a 20-30 minute radius so parts of Sacramento would be acceptable.

Thanks in advance for any recommendations.

Lai Hung has schools in Davis and Sacto. He's a prominent BSL master and author of the book The Secrets of Northern Shaolin Kung-Fu. Here's his website (http://www.geocities.com/daviskungfu/index.htm).

Thank you so much. This is exactly what I was looking for!
