Im also thinking that AVG will remove it, so if you dont already have it then get it. As already mentioned TrendMicro is very good.

some viruses can linger on even though it looks like they have succesfully been removed. i always opt for the sure thing/possible overkill and format. then again when i had time to game i'd format about every 6-9 months anyway just to make sure i was getting optimal performance.
