Just got called for it. Never served before.
Really, I would like to serve, but I'm literally living hand to mouth right now - I make, at most, $1,000 a month, and have $780.00 out the door. Car note, insurance, rent, utilities. Not to mention gas, groceries, etc. My internet is actually free with the room, so that's good.
I've got to call the Judge's office in the morning, see if I can have my term moved to the new year, when I'll have a much bigger pay check. Arkansas state law does not require a company to pay me, just not fire me.
