You guys should transfer over to the new one; it has ONE wiki article!

That's one more than the last forum had.

yes. there are many new features.

I sort of miss the old emptyflower, tho.

I usually check vid link first and then the forum discussion.

the new emptyflower forum is very very nice.

Normally we would avoid Spamming a brother forum (well a CMA forum..
we would totally spam Bullshido for instance :D ).. but since the new and improved
Emptyflower was mentioned I figured we might as well give a run down of what all is new and improved.

As many of you who frequent both forums may be aware the old EF was running
on an ancient YaBB Gold non-database version.

The new Ef.net is running Invision Pro Board and has lots of neat stuff meant
to enhance the IMA experience. Since we were running so terribly behind
the times (compared to say KFO!!!) we decided to really try and do something special.
The new domain is dedicated with plenty of memory space, rapid responses and
database-driven software (the standard stuff for a modern forum the old EF didn't
have).

So ef.net (or EF++ as people seem to be calling it) has a full Gallery system for the
Regulars and a highly popular internally hosted Blogging system. This last feature
in particular we encourage all CMAers (not just CIMAers) to take advantage of.
There is also a Wiki (which as the above poster noted.. has been slow getting off
the ground :( ).. I guess folks have been focused on the Blogging and the
new and improved emoticons for the forums.

Anyway.. if you haven't visited Emptyflower Country in a while.. please come by
and say hello.
