I know that the Shaolin temple is Buddist and the Wu Dang temple on Wu Dang Mountain is Taoist and teaches mainly internal styles. Can someone explain the difference between the Taoist teachings and the Buddist teachings and how they play a role in martial arts, specifically CMA?
