In grappling only, gender is irrelevant, though I don't know of many 200lbs+ women grapplers, nor would I want to !

I don't know, women tend to be more flexible than guys, that could be considered an advantage in just grappling.;)

If they are the same weight, the guy will have a strength advantage. Women tend to have better technique, because if they don't alot of guys will just power out of subs they go for.

I think thats probably true with allot of females but not all. I happen to know of a Woman who trains at the same gym as me, and honestly you couldn't pay me to fight her. It just doesn't seem honest letting her fight other females. She's good at wrestling also. Just ask MK he trained with her.
