Does anyone know exactly which arts Ark Wong taught?
I have seen his name associated with:
5 families kung fu
Southern Shaolin
Splashing Hands
Taichichuan
Choy Li Fut
Scorpion style
and many others.
What exactly was the extent of what he taught? And where did he learn from? I know he learned in China, but who were his teachers?
Also, what exactly is Ng Ga Kuen? Is it the same thing as the Ng Cho/Wu Tzu/Five Ancestors style mentioned here:
