BK Frantzis DVDS- recommended?

Anyone have any thoughts about BK's Opening the Energy Gates and Marriage of Heaven and Earth DVDs? Please limit responses to the quality of the information, and not about the man himself. thanks-

The Energy Gates DVD with the three swings is good.

[Three Harmonies]

Not sure about those, but AVOID his Yang Taiji apps DVD!! One of the most embarassing, and terrible things I have ever seen on DVD or tape!
