52 fitness training:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ainEAmQ1PkYThat's haaaard, man.

At 15, 21, 25 this could work... at 30 Mr Burly would be eating gravel and a stomping: my money's on 30 being the higher percentage outcome of this particular move.

Blocking kicks with your head. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qx7p3QcLQ3E)

EDIT: LOL, just seen the end of that one - those two are comedians!

And I'm calling bull on it supposedly going back to some ancient form.

Some of it looks like typical wing chun, except with a lot of extraneous moves.

It even has the similar lack of proven lineage and unrealistic training... but fair play, some of those guys can do bw stuff that make me look even punier than usual!

I wouldn't call bull on that part, necessarily. The arts they talk about in the comments on those vids do exist. A few years back I posted on an acquaintance of mine who trained bukti negara silat and who researched styles with african influence. What he would say was identical to what is said on these vids, right down to the regions certain things are practiced in (he told me that knockin and kickin is a traditional tribal art, but that there is a 'style' of 52 practiced in the southern US with the same name. that is mentioned in the comments on one of the clips I saw as well.

Also, if you look at things from breakdancing to tribal dancing, you see a lot of similarites with rythmic african influenced arts, like capoeira.
