Wow, my CLF bench form is about 80% identical to that one. There is even a section where I counted 13 identical techniques in a row! That's pretty cool...
Don't know what branch, there is a short opening with the bench, so it's hard to tell. My Sifu learned CLF from at least half a dozen teachers, so I have stuff from all branches, it seems.

Mike, if the label on the video is correct, that is one of our Si-sooks in Guangdong

Often, when sifu said he knew a guy "back in Guangdong" he was talking about the 50's! (or earlier) so I guess it is quite possible this si-sook relocated to HK...

OMG! That form practically screams Chan Tai San: the flow, rhythm, sequences of techniques, etc. - watching it, even though I don't know the CLF bench form per se, I could almost predict what the next move would be; ok, where did that vid come from, and is there more stuff of this guy out there?

The sifu who performed the CLF Bench form in Kowloon Park (Kung Fu Corner, every Sunday from 2:30-4:30pm) is called Woo Yuk-Chun, he is a student of Chan Yiu who studied with Ho Ngo and Ho studied with Ngan Yiu-Ting and Ngan studied with Chan Koon Pak, Chan Heung's son.
Ngan's family was very rich, so he could afford to make a full set of CLF dummies in his home for Koon-Pak to go there to teach. The bench was his favorite weapon after the dummies. For many years, Ngan was the personal assistant to Koon-Pak.
Here is another version of Woo doing it for the 25th. Anniversary of the New Martial Heroes Magazine in Hong Kong.

Chan Siu (Sai) Mo was another one, I think Mike has like 4 different names that Sifu wrote down.... CTS got around ;)

I heard from another sifu that CTS did travel a lot performing martial arts and was able to pick up stuff from a number of different sifus. Must have been kinda cool.
If I recall correctly Chan Sai Mo was kind of Chan Hueung's adopted son, more or less.

I think Chan Sai Mo was the actual son of Chan Sai Hung (whom I am named after! ;) ) and it was Chan Sai Hung who was Chan Heung's adopted sort of son
I could be wrong
