Shock knife

I have heard of the "shock knife" and 'electrical knife" that is being used in some full contact sparring matches.
Anyone know anythign about them ?

It looks like an interesting tool to train with. The only thing I'm wondering about is what happens if the victim happens to be holding the attacker when he gets stabbed. Do they both end up getting shocked?

A friend of mine that works for the local police Emergency Task force (SWAT) says they h ave some, I will check it out this week :)
