Shaolin Qigong

Does anyone know the name of a good Shaolin system of Qigong? I only know of one and that is dragon.

Hi Shaolin Tom,

Two of the more classical and famous systems are based on the Yi Jin Jing (Sinews Changing Classic) and Xi Sui Jing (Marrow Washing Classic). There are several versions to each depending on the teacher. I believe Yang Jwang Ming has a book out on one version of training.
