Are there any practioners out there who practice Wuji Qi Gong as taught by Cai Song Fang?

I have practised Wu Xi Gong before ... I'm not sure if it's the same thing you are talking about ... Wu Xi = 5 element.

I don't believe this is the same thing. Wuji is a stationary, standing, meditative qi gong with no external movement. The posture is practiced for from 5 min up to over 1 hour at a time.
