I don't think it will erase borders, the countries will still be sovereign nations, but trade will be unfettered, money will abound and we can beat out europe competitively by using the resources of india and china to continue to let us have stuff to sell in the wal-mart for cheap!

Actually it;s not fake. Click the Google video link on the right and you see it better. The sync in the youtube video is off making it look fake, but that is actually what the guys said regarding the "Amero".

I'm afraid snopes has lost a considerable amount of credibility in the last few years.

The Amero is a reality. It's been featured already on several investment shows and is common knowledge to the chartered financial giants Of Canada. It will be put into place eventually and like the euro, it will exist alongside national currencies and serve as a proxy currency that will ease the requirement for money changing outside your country.

So, while that story may be false as snopes suggests, and btw, they imply the whole schlemiel is false with that story, it is in fact true that there is movement towards this in teh works and there has been for a few years now. ergo, snopes is no longer a reliable source for debunking stuff. sad. they used to be cool and then they sold out to the highest bidder.

so while the amero is not yet a reality, believe me when i tell you it will be and it will be in our lifetimes.

It intends to incite fear, create obfuscation and have you the viewer remain as much in the dark at the end of it as you were in the beginning.

Falls flat in the face of reality. there is a serious understanding/knowledge gap occurring. One reason is that the current administration has chosen to operate in a far less than transparent way. Where there is a lack of information, people will naturally fill that void with speculation and conjecture just to be able to move on with some sense that maybe now they know something.

In my perspective, it's all fleeting and relatively unimportant. Your whole life is entirely and foremost dependent on teh choices you make. That won't change any time soon.
