View Full Version : Chi Kung Excericse - Holding the Post?

I just learned this chi kung excercise. My feet apart, my hands at shoulder level with palms facing me, my eyes focus downward and my tongue curled upward near the teeth and gums. After 8 minutes my hands get very warm. Anyone try this?

warmth, greater awarness and heavy hands for me...i got up to 1 hour already. moving to focus on getting more into the stance and to see how it relates to my practice and sparring power.
