Is it ok to wear eyeglasses while practicing qigong?

For the sake of comfort and unimpeded circulation of blood and intrinsic energy, it is generally best to remove eyeglasses, wristwatch, and jewelry of any king when practicing any method of qigong, or when receiving energy healing such as Reiki, Medical Qigong, Quantum Touch, Hands of Light, and so forth. The metal content of these items tends to attract and localize the increased energy flow, rather than allowing it to freely move and circulate throughout the body, and thus potentially reduces the overall benefits derived from the either the practice or the healing session, IMO.
