Too much chi sau?

This morning my wife rolled over and as I lay there still sleeping she went to put her arm around me. By what she described; I did a tan sau; effectively removing her arm from me and then with the same arm went straight up her arm and palmed her in the forehead.

Good thing WC isn't effective, I might have killed her. :p

Has anyone else ever nearly taken someone out like that by reflex?

Yeah, don't wanna go into it for obvious reasons but, in regards to using MA on what I call "silly situations" ( friend jumping out to surprise, wife trying to wake you up, tings like that), I have given:
Black eyes
Busted noses and lips
broken fingers
Sprained wrists
And bruised genitalia !

Yeah man, my wifes forever trying to hit me because it makes her so mad that she can't. So she tries to sneak up on me, and because I'm not thinking but reacting, I hurt her arm or somthing, so she gets mad and tries to hit me again:confused:
