i do sledge hammer number two with bar bells. i just put all the weight on one side.it not only the grip but for xing yi it helps add power to your twist in tsuan chuan.

A big technique in Lama Kung-Fu is the Chyuhn Choih which uses a twisting motion as well. This will definately make your forearm torque harder.
