Thought some may find this a bit out of left field but still interesting, its a cold war era document document released with the FOIA. It's from the RAND think tank and it compares U.S. and Soviet paranormal phenomena and maybe its plausibility in military applications...pre-cognition, telepathy, remote viewing.

It's not a big document at all, or that indepth, but it shows that the U.S. military and its think tanks have investigated this very bizzare avenue of research, i.e. project grillflame and the like.

But the military researchs a ton of stuff anyway....its what they are supposed to do.

One of the things the military is really trying to "make work" is subliminal programming and brain "rewiring".
Long ago it has been established that the "wink link" for combat is the mind, not the body.
Too many soldiers have the tools but can't either access them in combat or won't.
