Just saw a bunch of Indonesian martial arts on Anthony Bourdain's No Reservation shows. Their master used his inner power to immoblize multiple attackers with knives before they struck. Bunch of bs. I guess this phenomenon is not limited to the crazy Japanese and US populace. It's the 2006 Indonesian episode.

I'm not too sure on that. I tuned into it a bit late and didn't see their introduction so I don't know who they were. :confused: But they could have been these yellow bamboo guys.

Did like a whole pack of attackers rush at the 'master' and he stopped them with his chi? Was it on a beach by chance?

No it was on some crowded street in with buildings to both sides.

From what I recall it was 2 guys with knives attacking the Master.
