I have recently discovered my kidneys aren't doing too well... does anyone know of any kidney focused qi gong they are willing to share ?

(Besides holding the tree in horse stance)

Thanks.

In my book ("Qigong Empowerment"), I found 3 kidney qigong techniques that may be relevant.

1) "Elevating the kidneys"
meant to cure: inflammation of the urinary bladder, kidney stones, urine containing blood, womb bleeding, frequent urination, and nocturnal emission

2) "Strengthening the kidneys"
This technique takes in the pure essence of the universe; and supplements the innate essence in your kidneys. This solidifies the foundation of life and strengthens your jing.

3) "Chui sound to ensure kidney health"
purpose: to ensure kidney health (no further description offered in book; I'm guessing this is a general kidney health improver

If you are interested in any one of the above, I can email you with instructions. Just let me know in this post

I read that a good way to strengthen the kidneys is, while urinating, to stand on tiptoe, clench the teeth, and on an exhale squeeze the buttocks and force/squeeze out the urine with force.

o, I'd like to hear that info too.
