several styles have wu dip do.
I've seen them in vietnamese styles as well as southern chinese sil lum styles.
clf has them, hung gar has them and more styles getting on down the line to the obscure. Even teh style of black tiger i was being taught has them and the set is way different from teh wing chun 8 cut knives form.
WC style has a pretty short butterfly knife set and the knives tend to be smaller and triangular although I observe that the knife shape is dependent on who is teaching the style and what access they have to what weapons. so, in teh YM lineages, th knives tend to be the smaller triangular bladed wu dip do, while in the bigger styles the use the wider blade with all variations in between.
anyway, you could probably find a few different versions of butterfly knife videos right here at http://www.martialartsmart.com
