But when the first came, they supposed that they should have received more; and they likewise received every man a penny.
And when they had received it, they murmured against the goodman of the house,
Saying, These last have wrought but one hour, and thou hast made them equal unto us, which have borne the burden and heat of the day.
But he answered one of them, and said, Friend, I do thee no wrong: didst not thou agree with me for a penny?
Take that thine is, and go thy way: I will give unto this last, even as unto thee.
Is it not lawful for me to do what I will with mine own? Is thine eye evil, because I am good?
So the last shall be first, and the first last: for many be called, but few chosen.

nice saying, where/who said it?

Personally the "explaining" and "Demonstrating" can be switched

as to explain without demonstrating gives no reference/path

but to demonstrate without explaining shows no end/goal

exactly my thought, I can demonstrate something 100 times, if I don't explain it then most students will never learn it

I think that is PRECISELY the problem with most CMA traditional training

I'll do the repetition of Demo and Explaining but I have my limits and patience too.

If I get a stupid student then I tend to loose interest and pass them on to one of the seniors. Perhaps they would ahve better luck.:D

I have always said a great teacher is the person who can give the knowledge that they have obtained and pass it to another better than they have understood it for themselves............

hence the great teacher who has better students then himself.

REading that it sound so socialist and unfair...... How can someone who work less get the same as someone who works more???
