Great, now if terrorists want troops to sit still while they break bricks on their head with a sledgehammer, China and India will be ready:confused::D

If you were a master of hard qigong and were captured by terrorists, i bet you could resist torture better than most.

i doubt it. espiecially if i take a page of jumper cables to your nuts. or a hot poker to your nipples. those are just some of the torture methods used. and all the hard qigong in the world is not gonna help you. if you want to look at it from a taoist elemental perspective. hard qigong comes from metal. metal in turn can be destroyed by fire. electricity fall under the catagory of fire since it will set your ass on fire if your shocked long enough. and well a hot poker is just a hot poker what can i say.

it was kind of a joke...but oh well. i shoulda added a :D

more along the lines of mental strength aquired by long time practice....but still more a joke.

anyone who has ever successfully resisted torture methods had serious mental fortitude, which hard qigong can give you in abundance.

I'm pretty sure that the only one's who have successfully resisted torture are dead.

hard chi kungs help you endure that which you would think you cannot, The kungs toughen not just your mind but your body. They are hard work and not many people do em.

Most schools don't offer them because of the intensity and frankly, the softness of your average person will render most incapable of undergoing the rigor morale of what it takes to train in them.
