Anyone know any good ways to use cinder blocks as weight training? As they are, a full block is kinda awkward and limited.

No.

Do you have any access to dumbells or barbells or a gym?

I live way out in the mountains hours from a gym, using what I can to work out with. Cinder blocks arent to far off from being Stonelocks. Righnt now, they are great for grip training, very narrow and easy to grab with fingertips. If you havent tried, Id suggest trying them out

just be creative.

use the edges for grip training.

If you have abundant access to them and a lot of space, throw them.

stack a bunch of them onto a sled, drag the sled 15 yards, unstack the sled, then repeat. Time yourself doing this.

stand on them with your heels hanging off and do calf raises.

if you have access to a dolly, stack them on the dolly and push them 25 yards.

stack a couple of them, jump over them. jump back. repeat.

grab them by the edges, press them overhead and do overhead squats.

you may possibly be able to do curls with them.

you can hold them and do weighted crunches.

Think outside the box. There is no spoon.
