Wind Sow Choi!!

You guys ever practise sow choi outside so fast it feels like the skin is going to ripp off your hand?...i swear to god my veins jump and the skin on my backhand folds over the knuckles when i get real relaxed and powerful. Anyone ever experiance this?...is it bad...i know it would knock you out but it feels weird on my veins...after doing hop gar punchexs for ten years with the right hand being my main focus, i can make that big vein on the back hand grow larger and larger just by using intent and subconscious breathing...once it gets so big i can make it dance like a snake...very weird...they say chi is in the blood so it definatly gets me thinking what the hell...:)

You however seem to have it really harder, but maybe your sows are just more powerfull. :)

when yours gets red and warm, are you hitting a bag?...I got it real good last summer when i was training at the beach...maybe it was the wind form the beach added with my hop ga footwork!!?...:) ****, just realized it was prolly the wind at the beach...but prolly not just that...i do punch very hard;)...i think a lot of it is intent, cuz when i walk around with right hand inlama fist and left hand in tiger claw my forearm muscles start to flex like the snake vein...i was vegetarian for ten years up until three years ago and still have like no body fat so maybe i just got good circulation...pz

Oh no, i'm just hitting air (indoors btw not outside) And it just gets warm and red because of the blood.
If you're just going gwa sow sow, gwa sow sow, etc etc (right left right of course) your blood simply gets pushed to your fist. I forgot the english name for the force that does it.
But whn it starts to feel stange I try not to overdo it.

Hmmm funny, I noticed it too, little red dots on my right hand. Probably little damaged viegns close to the surface. Tiny stuff mind you, its not like an injury or anything. I noticed it when I read your posts.

And you mean centrifugal force, not gravity :) if you get black dots just by gravity.... you're plobably like 140 years old or something :D

hm, "rick james *****":)...I gotta try that pimp slap...For backfists I visualize I'm knocking on a door really hard and just rake through...not recommended without wraps though...missed my knuckle having fun with it and now I got a two week scab right below the middle knuckle on the backfist...
