Teng Nuo Shan Zhan.
Common principles in Praying Mantis. Mostly deals with body movement - jumping/bouncing and dodging./shifting. Important, but at the same time nothing really special. It can be found everywhere in training.

I wrote an article on this last year comparing the manuscripts from Shaolin and Mantis.
The Mantis version of "Dodging, deceiving, leaping and turning" is as follows:
Dodging is like the extinguishing of a lantern in the blink of an eye.
It changes according to the situation.
Seek and it can not be found.
Palms fists elbows and knees can all be applied to it.
If your dodge is only an escaping dodge then the word dodge fails to live up to its expectations.
Deceiving is to beguile.
Leaping is to put aside.
Turning is to shift
Within all is contained, 'shan', the dodging character.
