in theory any style may move/walk as you fight,

we may walk in a circle, and an S, or 8 etc.

tong bei, tai chi and even ba ji.

good form, although i dont really like that Heel to Toe stepping. I like the more walking in Mud or sliding stepping in bagua, i think it is better that way. Better root.

yes, the circles may be completed with 4, 8, 16, 32 or even 64 steps.

and 8 is only 2 circles connected.

sometimes we draw two 8 connected on the floor and practice circle walking or just a lot of S walking
