Simply curious, does anyone have a link to any of the Shaolin Compulsory competition barehand & weapon routines?

Wrong compulsories. There's a set of Shaolin forms developed for use in mainland Shaolin competitions (rather than the international wushu compulsories developed by the IWUF for contemporary wushu competition). One of the Kungfu Magazine issues awhile back had photos of the bare hand form.

OMG not those again.

How hard would it be for them to choose "ShaoHongQuan"?

I did see the hand form a few years back and from what I remember, it was quite lame:(
