we always tease neal (iron ox) and say we'd have to shoot him like 10 times in the head to stop him.

he's really a nice nice guy. but pish him off, and you're up for a fight.

I'm glad you liked massive attack. aside from hip hop, i do like all types of music.

what did you think of the blogs?

i'm using them just for advertising and getting the message out.

you know the funny thing is that neither sigung jew leong, nor my sifu lifted weights.

we practice with very heavy weapons, and refuse to use the tin foil being used today.

if we can't find a good enough weapon to buy, we have ours made to our specifications.

you should hold my butterfly knives....together they gotta weigh at LEAST 10 lbs.

oh yeah, the pics i'm putting in the book are ones that i haven't released yet.

i have some pics of lau bun around the late 1930's, and in front of his original "wah kue" studio.

Practicing with ultra-heavy weapons qualifies as weight lifting.

weapons eh...i don't know any weapons sets:(:)

my hop gar punches rip my upper body lovely...i swear i can get every chcik at the beach to stare when i train in shorts.......:)i do arm curls and it just makes the muscles bigger...do a couple hundered hop punches and you get an overall tone instead of just isolated tone in the muscles.

Weapon Forms Are A Great Way To Develop Strength And Speed.

But We Feel You Should Always 'practice' With Heavy Weapons. When You Pick Up A Lighter One Afterwards You Will Be Much Faster.

One Of The Staff's We Use Is A Solid Steel Pole. Pretty Heavy.

Gung Fu Training Does Build Up Your Body.....lion Dancing, Drumming, Cymboling, Heavy Weapons, Long Sets. And So Forth..........

 hm, i lied to you...ever since i was short and viewed RAMBO & PSYCHO i've had this weird infatuation with blades....playing with my pocket knife has def helped my stances. I really like the asian drumming...****s cardio; haven't seen a lion dance since the 80's and my school would go to chinatown for new years. when's chinese new years? i'm gonna peep vancouvers next celebration.

Good stuff SF (SF from SF, alliterations woot :p)
But the man's got a point, most people dont like music that suddenly starts playing on websites (people either have their own music playing, or for some reason chose not to play their own music, right?)
But I have to say good taste, I used to breathe Massive Attack (still do sometimes)
And cool pictures with the general :)
