Anyone know how 1,028 ballots were cast in a precinct with 930 voters?

all joking aside, this is indicative of corruption and an ailing system that is no longer within the boundaries of democracy.

We are not joking, in Chicago we DO vote early, and often. Dead people vote all the time here as well. Many times the deceased accidentally votes for BOTH candidates in fact.
