I am not a buk sing player but my sifu used to always say to us "not too much Number 4". I always thought it was do it in moderation not be a monk.

The term "jie" can be literally translated as "to economise" so "to economise sex" can mean you can have as many No4 as you like, just don't ejeculate. What you've saved can make you do 3 with 7 and 8 easily. :D

I have never seen an official list from our bak hsing branch, but, it sounds about right. I have heard a number of slogans from my sifu and di si hings which illustrate our focus:
